āµ Iām a user researcher based in London, living by the sunny Essex seaside.
š As a mixed methods user researcher, I like to combine qualitative methods like contextual interviews, usability testing, observation and card sorting with quantitative approaches including data analytics, surveys and statistical analysis.
š Currently I work at Bulb, helping people lower their energy bills and their carbon emissions. Before that, I studied a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction at UCL, and I worked in service design at Fujitsu.
š” Outside of work, I can be found renovating an old pink house, reading books that were better than the movie and being the worst person in the yoga class. I also love a good story of any kind.
